Scaling & Returns
We do not accept returns of fabric unless there is an error on our end that cannot be fixed. We do not refund for defects of 2” or less. The fabric must be uncut and unwashed to be returned. We do our best to inspect every order to ensure that it leaves our hands perfect for you. In the event that an error is missed we will do our best to correct this error, including an immediate reprint. Please make sure that the fabric is uncut. We currently have a zero cancellation policy. No orders can be cancelled once they are placed due to the nature of every order being custom to you. We will do our best to provide assistance with scaling, however we are not responsible for the the scaling if you decide you do not like the size. We will do our best to accommodate each situation though. Scaling is how often the pattern repeats. If the scaling is chosen at 3x3 than the entire image will repeat every 3”. We do not offer custom scaling for half yards. All scaling must be done by the full yard if changing from our standard scaling.
Our turn around time is 21-28 business days from closing of the preorder and up to 5 business days for processing. Please allow for delays in shipping due to COVID at this time.
