Shipping and Cubbies
Canada Wide Shipping:
All orders are shipped by tracked shipping. We do not offer non traceable shipping due to no tracking or insurance. This is to protect your order and ensure it is delivered and also has limited insurance up to $100 should anything occur. It is the customers responsibility to purchase additional protection to protect their purchase past $100. Additional protection is offered at a request and is the customers responsibility to purchase this protection by request before shipping or request for additional coverage before their order is shipped. Failure to do so is the customers responsibility and The Custom Fabric Slayer INC. will not be held responsible.
**P.O BOXES may have an additional charge if it costs significantly higher than shipping paid. P.O boxes are very expensive to ship to and to be able to offer shipping to them there may be additional shipping owed if required.
international shipping:
All orders are shipped tracked shipping. I do not offer small air packet (untracked) for international orders due to the risk of delays and lost packages. Tracking is provided to you. Route protection is offered and is the customers responsibility to purchase this protection at checkout or request for additional coverage before their order is shipped. ** There may be an additional charge for shipping to states such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
ECHO
customs and duties for international packages are the customers responsibility. All import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are reading and choosing the right shipping method at checkout. The Custom Fabric Slayer Inc. will not cancel, refund or ship free any orders that choose the wrong shipping because customers did not select the right method at checkout.
If you are unsure of what a shipping method entails please email us to clarify and we will be happy to help. Do not select that option if you are not sure what it is. This includes providing your own shipping labels prepaid or cubbies or combining order options.

Turn around time is 21-28 business days from closing on Monday. This does not include shipping time to get to you. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing!
The Custom Fabric Slayer will NOT refund shipping if the carrier does not deliver by suggested date. No carries offer guarantees for shipping times and The Custom Fabric Slayer will not be held responsible for this. No refunds on shipping will be given.
Cubby Policies:
Cubbies are the customers responsibility to ship. I will do my best to send a monthly reminder to all cubby holders. However, this may not always be possible due to the capacity of cubbies at any given time. Cubbies will be forced to ship if no orders are made for minimally 3 months.If orders are not shipped and no communication is made within a 6 month period the cubby/order will be considered abandoned. At The Custom Fabric Slayers discretion they may cancel the order minus a 25% restocking fee and the cubby fee. There is no exceptions to this. Abuse will not be tolerated. If you made a mistake cubbing, shipping your order is the correct method to fixing it. Abusive language and behaviour will not be tolerated. I do my best to send out reminders and check in. I cannot store orders for 6+ months, however with no communication. These policies are final.
